THE "JYUWARI SHINSHU HISHU SOBA" IS HANDMADE USING 100% "NAGANO S11" BUCKWHEAT FROM SAKUHO, STONE GROUND BY THE SAKUHO TOWN SOBA ASSOCIATION, WITH NO OTHER INGREDIENTS THAN BUCKWHEAT FLOUR ADDED.

Elegant jade green gentle soba noodles.

The restaurant is committed to local production for local consumption, and the vegetables and fish used for tempura are also from Sakuho Town!

IT IS A 5-MINUTE WALK FROM GURURITO, WALKING TOWARD HAGUROSHITA STATION ON THE JR KOUMI LINE.

It is close to Haguroshita Station, so it is also recommended for those coming by train.
