Sakuho Town's recommended lunch spot ~potta~.

2023.11.18

We would like to introduce potta, a 5-minute walk from GURURITO.

potta's typical lunch is a galette!

The galette dough is made from 100% buckwheat flour from the Sakuho Soba Association.

Among the recommendations are,
A complette made with plenty of ham from Kitayatsu Ham and mushrooms from Shinshu.

They have recently decided to use eggs from Ikeda Farm in Sakuho Town, which are heirloom eggs.
It is such a waste to eat them because they are so beautiful to look at.

And when you come to POTTA, you must order the crepe.

The chewy texture is irresistible.

I have been friends with the owner, Tomomi, since before the restaurant opened,
Versatile and very research oriented.

We are developing new baked goods one after another,
And all of them are delicious!

Each visit brings new pleasures,
It is a nice store.

If you have a chance, please let us know,
Stop by for lunch or a coffee break.
